Residential Window & Door Installers


We are a small family run business that takes great pride in doing the best job possible for each client. The owner, Robert Lindner, has been in the window and door business for over 35 years.

We are looking for a full-time Residential Window and Door Installation Specialist.

Will consider part-time for the right candidate(s).
We are currently hiring 2-3 installers.

Requirements:
1)    Be reliable with initiative. Arrive on-time every-time! No excuses!
2)    Have good people skills.
3)    Be a good problem solver.
4)    Always be willing to go that extra mile to ensure every customer is satisfied.
5)    Ability to work well with minimum supervision and also work well in a team setting.
 
Qualifications:
1)    Minimum of 5 Years of Residential Window and Door installation experience (Window Wise training and/or certification preferred).
2)    Your aluminum work and caulking are pristine.
3)    Have your own reliable truck, trailer, and necessary tools for the job. They must be in a presentable and functional condition to maintain a professional image for customers.
4)    Siding experience is a definite asset.
5)    Maintain a clean working area at all times.
6)    Possess Working at Heights certification, WSIB and Insurance.
 
Location:
90% of the work is in the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph-Fergus areas.
 
Pay Range:
Between $14-$20 per square foot of installation depending upon skills and experience.
