1.Be sure that the top surface of cylinder block is clean and flat. If not, handle the situation to ensure the perfect contact of this surface with machine base and the perpendicularity of this surface to the cylinder wall.
2.Generally, cylinders should be reprocessed to a size with an allowance of 0.05mm for honing after laboring.
