Key Responsibilities

Customer Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the register or POS system, and explain menu items (like describing spice levels or explaining what a chaat or katki wrap is).

Food Assembly: Assemble customizable bowls, wraps, and chaats efficiently on the line while maintaining portion control and presentation standards.

Prep & Kitchen Support: Assist with basic kitchen prep (chopping vegetables, frying appetizers, brewing fresh chai) and ensure food safety standards are met.

Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless dining room, service line, and kitchen area.
