This iPad is NOT locked. But I suggest not signing in with an Apple ID. I had lots of issues with it when I tried. It would not accept my Passcode. No matter what. Select “Don’t have an Apple ID or forgot it?” on the Apple ID sign in screen. Followed by “Set Up Later in Settings”.
Comes with the two cables you see in the picture.
Battery is at 89% max charge. It's at the latest update available and has been reset to factory settings. Ready for you to start it up and configure it. This did come from a smoking household and there’s a faint smell of smoke. Make sure that you know what you are buying. You are buying an iPad that was released in 2011. So don't expect too much from it.
