Believe it or not, there was a time when I couldn’t even get an interview.

I remember applying to countless jobs and hearing nothing back. I would spend hours submitting applications, refreshing my inbox, and wondering what I was doing wrong. At one point, I even interviewed for a position at Taco Bell and didn’t get the job. It was frustrating, discouraging, and honestly, it made me question my abilities.

But instead of giving up, I decided to learn everything I could about the hiring process. I improved my resume, practiced interviewing, learned how recruiters screen candidates, and figured out what employers were actually looking for.

Over the years, I went on to build a successful career in banking, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employment coaching. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted countless interviews, and worked directly with hiring managers to understand what makes candidates stand out.

Today, I feel confident applying for opportunities because I understand how the hiring process works. It’s not because I’m smarter than everyone else it’s because I’ve learned the strategies that help candidates get noticed and succeed.
