The Role:
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and hard-working Concrete Coating Installer to support our residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will work alongside our crew to execute top-tier floor transformations. You will be responsible for arriving at the shop on time, loading tools/materials and prepping the trailer, and working efficiently either as part of a 2–3 person team on site or independently on solo projects.

Note: For candidates with strong leadership experience, there is an immediate opportunity to step into a Lead Installer role, which includes operating the company truck and trailer.

What You’ll Do:
Surface Prep: Perform concrete profiling, grinding (using walk-behind floor grinders and hand grinders), concrete repair, crack filling, and rebuilding.

Application: Mix, pour, squeegee, and backroll epoxy and polyaspartic systems.

System Varieties: Install polyaspartic flake systems, metallic epoxies, and silica/quartz broadcast systems.

Site Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe workspace, properly maintain equipment, and ensure crisp, clean tape lines and edges.

Logistics: Safely drive and transport tools/materials to and from various jobsites (for qualified drivers/leads).

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Hands-on experience with epoxy/polyaspartic systems and concrete prep/grinding is a requirement.

Driver’s License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract is a strict requirement. Experience towing/parking trailers is a major asset.

Communication: Must speak, read, and write fluent English to work effectively with our team and maintain safety standards.

Reliability: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of showing up on time, every time.

Flexibility: Willingness to work the hours required to get the job done right. Most work is in Calgary and surrounding areas, but you must be willing to travel out of town occasionally for specific projects.
