INTERLOCKING SUBCONTRACTOR WANTED – REPAIR & RE-LEVELING SPECIALIST

Elite Exteriors GTA is currently looking for an experienced interlocking subcontractor or small crew to assist with a steady flow of repair, re-leveling, drainage, retaining wall, stair, and hardscape projects throughout the GTA.

IMPORTANT:

We are NOT looking to subcontract work to another interlocking company.

We are looking for an individual subcontractor or small crew that can work directly with us and consistently complete projects to a high standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Own van or work vehicle
• Own tools and equipment
• Minimum one helper/labourer
• Ability to physically perform labour when required
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication

Required Experience:

• Interlock lifting and re-leveling
• Grading and drainage corrections
• String lines and laser/hand levels
• Retaining wall installation and repairs
• Stair and step construction
• Interlocking installations
• Border repairs and replacements
• Identifying and correcting tripping hazards
• Matching surrounding elevations and existing grades
• Understanding water flow and proper drainage practices
• Polymeric sand application and finishing

About the Work:

The majority of our projects are repair and restoration projects rather than brand-new installations.

Attention to detail is extremely important.

You must be able to identify uneven areas, drainage issues, grade corrections, and elevation changes without constant supervision.

Many projects are completed within 1-2 days and must be completed within the scheduled timeframe.

We are looking for individuals who work efficiently, maintain quality, and take pride in the finished product.

Work Expectations:

• Typical work days are 10-12 hours
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be able to work independently
• Must maintain a clean and professional job site
• Must be capable of completing projects without callbacks
