We are currently looking to expand our field team with motivated, detail-oriented Window & Gutter Cleaning Technicians. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the immediate results of a hard day's work, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
This is a physical, hands-on role that keeps you moving. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Window Cleaning: Cleaning interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial clients using traditional squeegees and water-fed pole systems.
- Gutter Maintenance: Clearing debris from gutters and downspouts, inspecting for proper drainage, and ensuring systems are fully functional.
- Safety Compliance: Setting up and safely navigating extension ladders, roof lines, and safety equipment.
- Client Interaction: Representing Gordon Company Services professionally on-site, answering basic customer questions, and ensuring complete satisfaction before leaving a job.
What We Are Looking For
You don't necessarily need years of experience—we are happy to train the right person. However, you must meet the following criteria:
- Comfort with Heights: You must be completely comfortable working on ladders (up to 2 or 3 stories) and walking on various roof pitches.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet all day, and handle outdoor weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.).
- Reliability & Punctuality: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time every day.
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and reliable transportation to get to our office or job sites.
- Detail-Oriented: A commitment to leaving every window streak-free and every gutter spotless.
- NOTE: Experience in window cleaning and gutter cleaning is a Bonus
