Coach Tony - Head Trainer & Technical Coach:
- 8 years of experience as a head coach and technical coach at grassroots level.
- My assistant and I have helped many young players progress from house league to rep, academy, and OPDL levels.
- We are currently offering private sessions to players from 8-18 years of age.

We provide a safe, fun, challenging, and supportive environment wherein we focus on each player's specific needs to help players excel during matches by linking:
- Agility & Speed.
- Technical Skills.
- Situational Awareness.
- Decision Making.

Training Session Options:
- First session free.
- Private (1-on-1): $30 for 1hr.
-Semi-Private (2-3 players): $20 per player for 1hr15mins,
- Small Group (4-6 players): $15 per player for 1hr30mins.
