Hiring – Picker Operators, Class 1 Drivers, Crew Truck Operators, Picker Swampers & Laborers

Grizzly Energy Services is growing and hiring across multiple field positions. We offer steady local work, competitive pay, and a strong team environment.

Applicants must be local.

Picker Operator (8–45 Ton)
• Operate 8–45 ton pickers safely and efficiently
• Perform tandem lifts, complex lifts, and complete lift plans
• Load/unload materials and support field operations
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain equipment
• Oilfield experience and valid tickets are strong assets

Class 1 Driver – Oilfield Experienced
• Oilfield experience is required
• Local hauling in Central Alberta
• Winch, lowboy, or bed truck experience is an asset
• Complete and maintain logbooks and all required paperwork
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and follow all safety procedures

Crew Truck Operator – QC Competent
• Run 1.5-ton crew trucks supporting field operations
• Must have Quality Control experience:
o Completing and updating QC drawings
o Field measurements and job scoping
o Identifying materials and ordering parts
• Lead and support crews on piping jobs
• Maintain digital reports, inspections, and daily documentation

Picker Swamper
• Assist picker operators with rigging, signaling, and job setup
• Load/unload materials and support field crews
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain worksite organization
• Great entry point for those wanting to move into operating

Labourer
• General field labour, equipment handling, and site cleanup
• Assist crews with daily tasks and job preparation
• Must be reliable, safety focused, and able to work outdoors
