Room comes with full bed (one size down from queen), desk, chair and built-in armoire for your clothes. All utilities, wifi and laundry are included. The rest of the house is shared with male homeowner (myself) and one other male who's is doing he's undergrad preparing for law school. We are quiet, clean and respectful of each other and will expect the same from you. We are very easy to get along with. Absolutely no drug or excessive alcohol use allowed inside my home nor is there any overnight guests out of respect for others. There is street parking only. Must be employed full-time or full-time student. Single occupancy only. Rent is $800 per month and $800 deposit is required.
