Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Seed Yard Technician to join our team. This position is available as either a full-time role or a seasonal position from August 15 through the end of September.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate seed shipments with the team
• Loading customer trucks using seed conveyors
• Assisting with seed treating operations
• Warehouse operations - Forklift, tote bag filling and shipping
• Support seed processing operations
• Moving seed with small tractors and wagons
• Inspecting and clean trucks, conveyors, bins, and equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:
• Agricultural or seed industry experience is an asset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to lift 50 lb bags
