The rewards are extremely high with commission set at about 25% of gross net revenue or approximately around $3,000 per transaction or unit. Hours are flexible and sales people choose their own hours. Typical Sales Executives sell an average of 10 units per month without too much difficulty. The company is a well known construction company in the lower mainland for the past 15 years in home and commercial construction. Training will be provided before commencement of work. The scope for sales is large and can have unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. Successfully candidates will sign a contract and receive rewarding commissions on their sales.
