We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage and real estate office.

Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain client documents and files.
Assist with mortgage applications and real estate transactions.
Communicate with clients, lenders, lawyers, and other professionals.
Prepare forms, reports, and administrative documents.

Requirements:

Administrative experience preferred (mortgage or real estate experience is a Must).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Its a hybrid job and may require to visit office twice a week.
