Hello my name is John. My 18 year old daughter and I are desperately seeking a 2 bedroom apartment or basement apartment to rent. Our current landlord requires us to move due to her son moving back home, and we have been having a very hard time finding a suitable place that will overlook my credit rating (just under 600), and her lack of a credit history as she just finished school and entered the workforce a month ago. We are both employed and generate $5000-$6000 a month combined. We can both provide proof of employment and bank statements to show our income. I have a letter of reference from my current landlord, and both my daughter and I can provide references from our employers as well. Please help!
