Looking for local tradesmen to handle two separate small residential projects in the Glenevis area. Great opportunity for side work or independent handymen.

JOB 1: Drywaller & Painter
- Cut, hang, and finish small pieces of 1/2-inch drywall around a newly installed 3-piece tub/shower unit (including a 5-inch wide filler wall).
- Tape, mud, sand, and paint the bathroom.

JOB 2: Electrician
- Install a bathroom exhaust fan.
- Run the proper wiring and install the correct plug/switch setup for it.

Important Details:
- These are CASH jobs, paid immediately upon successful completion.
- I have a backlog of other small maintenance, repair, and electrical jobs around the property. I am using these bathroom projects as a trial to check the quality of your work, clean up, and reliability. If it’s a good fit, there is plenty more steady work down the road.
