Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Drywall Helper to join our growing construction team. You’ll work alongside experienced drywall finishers and installers on residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and build a long-term career in construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding drywall
• Load, unload, and move materials on job sites
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE properly
• Perform general labor tasks as needed (lifting up to 50–105 lbs regularly)

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous construction or drywall experience is a big plus, but we’re willing to train motivated beginners
• Ability to work full days in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Have own tools
