Accepting New Clients/Homeowners:

- Can provide a criminal record check and references.
- Have a General Liability Insurance Policy through SGI.
- I provide light house cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services in Residential homes on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
- Minimum 2 hours per visit (I only utilize your preferred/supplied cleaners, dusters, cleaning cloths, vacuums, swiffer mops or any other types of mops).
- $30.00 per hour. Surcharge $4.00 per visit - covers gas and milage.
- Quotation provided after meeting and going over needs and prior to first cleaning.
- I do not provide move-ins or move out services.

Seniors welcome that need help with the upkeep of their homes.
