NOW HIRING – Highly Skilled Skid Steer Operator

Riverstone Excavation & Underground Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Skid Steer Operator with extensive grading experience to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an operator who can confidently perform precision grading and work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of skid steer operating experience
Extensive experience with rough and fine grading
Ability to work from laser levels and grade stakes
Experience preparing building pads, driveways, parking lots, and road bases
Experience spreading and grading granular materials
Ability to operate attachments safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
What We're Looking For:

We need an operator who can jump into a machine and produce results with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate takes pride in leaving a site perfectly graded and ready for the next phase of construction.
