Location: Chatham-Kent / Sarnia / Windsor

Pay: $150–$200 per day

H&R Exterior Cleaning is hiring motivated people to join our growing team. We clean residential and commercial properties, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning services.

This is an outdoor job where you’ll stay active, work with a small team, and learn professional cleaning systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Cleaning residential and commercial windows

-Using water-fed poles and professional equipment

-Working outdoors in different weather conditions

-Providing professional customer service

-Keeping equipment organized and maintained

Training:

You’ll go through a few weeks of hands-on training to learn our systems and how we operate before working fully independently.

Important:

NO ladder work required

Most work is completed safely from the ground using professional equipment

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Good work ethic

Comfortable working outdoors

Able to lift and carry equipment

Punctual and professional

Willing to learn

Pay:

This is a commission-based position. Most workers can expect to make around $150–$200 per day once trained.

If you’re lazy, constantly on your phone, or unreliable, this job is not for you.
