Maintenance and General Repair Person needed at Fly-in Resort
Description
Eagle Nest Lodge is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined “jack-of-all-trades” to join our team.
This live-in position is ideal for someone who is practical, self-sufficient, and able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
● General building maintenance and repairs
● Maintaining and troubleshooting generators, water systems, propane appliances, hot tubs, and basic electrical systems
● Repairing and maintaining lawn equipment, boat motors, small engines, and tools
● Responding to equipment breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance
● Assisting with seasonal opening and closing tasks
● Keeping maintenance areas organized
Ideal Candidate
● Strong mechanical aptitude
● Experience with generators, plumbing, electrical, or small engines
● Comfortable living and working remotely
● Able to work independently and solve problems as they arise
● Physically capable of outdoor work and lifting
● Experience in camps, lodges, farming, marine, or remote operations is an asset
