• No overnight stays or sleeping in vehicles
• No storage of personal belongings outside of the vehicle
• Tenant and guests must leave the property immediately after parking or accessing their vehicle
• Excessive noise, nuisance, or disturbance to neighboring properties is prohibited
• Tow trucks or flatbed tow trucks
• Trailers or transport trailers
• Accident-damaged, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles
• Mechanical repairs or maintenance of any kind
• Fluid changes, brake work, tune-ups, or similar activities
• Body work, sanding, painting, or vehicle restoration
• Camping, overnight occupancy, or living in vehicles
• Littering or storage of garbage
• Storage of hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials
Requirements:
• Vehicle must be properly licensed and roadworthy
• Proof of valid insurance required prior to occupancy
• Insurance documentation must identify the vehicle by VIN
• First month's rent, last month's rent, and security/damage deposit required
• 6-month and 1-year lease terms available
Tenant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Property owner is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, weather-related damage, or loss of property.
