Carpet facts: In perfect shape, no rips or tears, no stains, no wear, no pet hair, no pet stains, no smell, no bugs, barely used in my front studio area, where I loved how my chair can roll over it.

I will say, this is like a tightly woven fabric as shown in photos, that means that there's no 'shag' it's a firm but soft surface.

On the bare feet, it feels great, meaning it's not harsh. BUT it's also great for a room where you want to roll an office chair, or gaming chair back and forth - you can do so - and it will ruggedly show NO wear. It is a touch, and VERY WELL MADE Carpet.

Note, this can also be used as a back patio carpet - for OUTDOOR use, no worries. It is SO well built, I tried to show the stitching in the corners, it's awesomely well made.
