We are looking for an experienced painter to paint a one-bedroom apartment.

Compensation Options:

* $20/hour, 3 days per week (part-time), or
* $550 cash for the complete apartment if you can handle the job independently and complete it to a professional standard.

Requirements:

* Previous painting experience
* Ability to prep, patch, and paint with attention to detail
* Must be reliable and able to work independently
* Own basic painting tools preferred
