Micheal’s Yard Service is a growing local company looking for a reliable, hardworking Lead Hand to join our team full-time, year-round.

If you take pride in your work, show up when you say you will, and know how to keep a small crew moving in the right direction, we want to hear from you.

**What you'll be doing**

Leading a crew of one to two people on residential and commercial properties, operating a truck and trailer, running a zero-turn mower, and making sure jobs get done right the first time.

**What we're looking for**

- Some experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field
- Comfortable operating a truck and trailer
- Natural leader who earns respect rather than demands it
- Dependable, trustworthy, and ready to commit long-term
- Valid BC driver's license required
