We are looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman and Assistant to a Property Manager to handle a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across the Montreal area. We are a property management company looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated employee to join our team.

Responsibilities and Work Setting
• General maintenance and repairs.
• Basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Routine building upkeep (panting, repairs, etc.)
• Respond to tenant repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Seasonal work (snow removal, moving furniture, etc.).
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
***Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (to drive between properties)
• Prefer at least 5 years of experience working as a handyman, residential maintenance, property management, or skilled trades.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
*Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, team player and maintain a neat and organized work space.
