This is a short rental for a very specific tenant. I provide accommodations for SaskPolytech Apprentice students needing 8 week tenancy, that are staying during the week, and going home on weekends.
All sessions have vacancy, currently. Late August start, through to June.
I have 3, furnished, 1 bdrm suites in my newer basement. 1 block to SaskPolytech main campus.
2 are $950, 1 is $1000 as it’s bigger.
One block to campus with powered, off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included.
