ISSUE DESCRIPTION

• No display output
• When the 8-pin PCIe power connector is connected, the host PC will not power on
• Without the 8-pin PCIe power cable connected, the system boots normally but the card produces no video
• GPU core warms up when powered
• Fans do not spin

TESTING PERFORMED

• Tested using the onboard dual-BIOS switch
• Tested in both BIOS positions
• Same behavior in both BIOS modes
• No additional board-level diagnostics performed
