Pipestone Golf Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Assistant. This outdoor position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning, washing, and staging golf carts
Collecting, washing, and organizing driving range balls
Trimming grass and vegetation using string trimmers and other landscaping equipment
Maintaining flower beds, gardens, and landscaped areas through weeding, watering, and general upkeep
Raking and maintaining sand bunkers
Cleaning and maintaining campground sites and common areas
Cutting, splitting, stacking, and delivering firewood
Assisting with general golf course grounds maintenance
Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment and machinery
Performing basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as required
Collecting garbage and maintaining the cleanliness of the property
Assisting with irrigation, signage, and other course setup duties
Supporting special events, tournaments, and campground operations as needed
Performing other general labour and maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

Reliable transportation is required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experienced operating landscaping or maintenance equipment is considered an asset but is not required
Valid driver's license is considered an asset
