Decent camper. Hot water tank needs to be replaced and awning has a rip in it from a tree falling on it. Has a Slide-Out That works Great. Solid floors and walls and ceiling. No leaks or soft spots anywhere. All plumbing works. All appliances work good. Cold ac. Great heat. Just no hot water. Tires maybe 60 percent. With new spare. Comes with hitch and stabilizer bars. All lights works. I replaced the brakes last summer also and repacked bearings.

We upgraded to a 5th wheel.
