CNC Machine Operator – Elumatec & AXYZ Router
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Rate: TBD
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Richmond Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up Elumatec SBZ125/85, SBZ122/33, and AXYZ Router CNC machines to manufacture precision components while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling and router machines to manufacture precision parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Input and adjust machine settings, including tool speeds, feed rates, and cutting depths.
Load, position, and secure raw materials onto CNC machines for accurate machining.
Perform quality inspections and ensure finished products meet specifications.
Measure and verify dimensions using vernier calipers and other measuring tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably Elumatec and/or AXYZ Router equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machine setup and operation.
Experience using vernier calipers and precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
