A Rug hooking Cutter for sale , a Rigby Double with blades size 4 and 6. The #6 has just been sharpened. I've shown both blades cutting so you can see they cut . Both blades are on the cutter at the same time and you can switch back and forth between them without having to change blades. This cutter has a few scratches on the plate but otherwise is in almost new condition . $425. I like people to come try them out but will ship for the actual price of shipping.
