Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a courteous manner
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
Prepare food items following safety and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation tasks
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene and safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Handle cash accurately, give correct change, and balance cash register at the end of shifts
Assist with food service duties such as serving orders and maintaining efficient workflow during busy periods
Practice effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in food industry, restaurant service, or cashiering preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Experience in upselling menu items is a plus
Food preparation or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory
