What Does a Typical Day Look Like at Jiffy Lube Eversyde?

As a Lube Tech, you’ll lead by example on the shop floor while helping ensure smooth daily operations. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting and supervising technicians to perform at their best.

You’ll oversee workflow, maintain service quality, and deliver exceptional service — all while upholding Jiffy. Lube’s Customer First standards. You’ll also receive ongoing support through Jiffy Lube’s leadership and technical training programs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with leadership experience who is ready to step into a Lube tech role within an established, fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, technically skilled, organized, and confident,

You will work 40 hrs a week , and help ensure all services are completed efficiently, safely, and to Jiffy Lube standards.

Key Responsibilities


Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
Oversee preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Conduct and review vehicle inspections to identify required repairs or maintenance
Support technician training, performance, and development
Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and adherence to manufacturer guidelines
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment
