Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour for the first 3 months (performance review thereafter)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This position involves processing online orders, preparing shipments, receiving inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Process and prepare daily shipments for our online sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, and our company website
Review and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Pick, pack, label, wrap, and package products according to company guidelines
Print shipping labels and packing slips
Organize and prepare outgoing shipments
Receive incoming inventory, unpack products, and stock shelves
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and packing area
Update order statuses and confirm shipments using company software
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is an asset
Ability to lift and move boxes as required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including printing labels and updating orders
Good communication skills in English
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
