Job Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld aluminum products, including stairs, handrails, guardrails, and railings.
Measure, fit, tack, and weld materials according to specifications.
Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment.
Perform MIG welding on aluminum products.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements.
Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and shop organization as required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of fabrication and welding experience.
Experience with MIG welding.
Experience with aluminum welding.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No welding tickets or certifications required.
Valid driver's license.
