Position: Full-Time Local Gta Truck Dispatcher
Industry: Transportation & Logistics

Responsibilities:

✅ Dispatch and coordinate drivers efficiently
✅ Book loads with brokers and direct customers
✅ Negotiate freight rates and maximize truck utilization
✅ Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
✅ Track shipments and provide customer updates
✅ Maintain load and driver records
✅ Resolve delivery and operational issues promptly

Requirements:

✔ Experience in truck dispatching preferred
✔ Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Knowledge of Ontario and cross-border trucking operations is an asset
✔ Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software
