**Receptionist / Phone Agent Needed – English & Hindi Speaking**

We are looking for a reliable receptionist / phone agent to answer customer calls for an auto glass business.

**Job Duties:**

* Answer incoming phone calls
* Speak with customers in English and Hindi
* Ask customers for vehicle information
* Provide quotes for windshield and auto glass services
* Book appointments and take customer details
* Follow up with customers when needed

**Requirements:**

* Must speak clear English and Hindi
* Good communication skills
* Friendly and professional on the phone
* Basic computer/phone skills
* Experience in receptionist, customer service, or call center work is an asset
* Auto glass experience is a plus, but training can be provided
