About Architectural Dose
Architectural Dose is a Toronto interior design and project management firm working across residential and commercial projects. We manage design and trades directly, from concept through finish selections to on-site coordination and our work is defined by a refined, minimalist aesthetic and a hands-on, accountable approach to delivery.

We're growing our client base and looking for someone who can open doors.

THE ROLE
You find and develop new design and project management clients for Architectural Dose. No project is too small or too big , anything from a single kitchen, bathroom, closet, or fireplace built-in, all the way up to full-scope residential and commercial projects.

This is a true business development role, you own the top of the funnel:

- Identify and reach out to prospective clients (homeowners, condo boards and property managers, developers, commercial spaces, renovation-stage buyers)
- Build relationships and generate qualified, interested leads
- Introduce prospects to Architectural Dose and facilitate the first conversation
- Hand off warm, ready clients to the design team to scope and close


You're not expected to scope projects or quote pricing , that's our side. You bring the opportunity; we convert it into signed work.

COMPENSATION
This is a commission-only role, paid on results:

[10]% of the design and project management fee on each new client you bring in
Commission is earned when the client signs a contract and pays their deposit
Paid out within 7 days of deposit clearing

Commission is calculated on Architectural Dose's design and project management fees — not on total project value (which includes trades, materials, and furnishings we pass through at cost).

There's no cap. Strong performers who build a repeat relationship with a client may also earn a trailing commission on that client's repeat projects within the first 12 months.


WHO IS THIS FOR:
- Someone with an existing network or a real talent for opening relationships, interior design, real estate, renovation, luxury retail, architecture, or adjacent worlds
- A self-starter who's comfortable working independently and being paid on outcomes
Someone with taste and discretion who can represent a design brand credibly to discerning clients


Who this isn't for:
- Anyone looking for a base salary or guaranteed income , this is uncapped upside, but it's earned
High-volume cold callers chasing meeting counts; we care about fit and quality of client, not quantity
