**Hours:** 40–60 hours per week
**Schedule:** Approximately 6 days per week, typically from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on seasonal agricultural demands.

## Job Description / Duties

Railside Flowers Ltd. is seeking a General Labourer to assist with the production of flower crops, including Alstroemeria and Hydrangea.

Duties include:

* Plant, cultivate, and irrigate flower crops
* Harvest flower crops
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
* Examine products for quality and readiness for market
* Assist with general farm and crop production activities

## Education Requirements

No degree, certificate or diploma.

## Experience Requirements

No previous experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.

## Physical Requirements

* Ability to perform physically demanding work in an agricultural and greenhouse environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks
* Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move materials as required
* Ability to work in varying weather and greenhouse conditions, including heat and humidity
* Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy loads as part of regular duties

* Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
* Reliable and dependable work attendance
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced agricultural production environment
