As part of your role, you will regularly view, organize, upload, and manage adult content while communicating professionally with subscribers on behalf of creators.

If you are not comfortable working with adult content, please do not apply.
Creator Management Group (CMG) is looking for reliable and organized Creator Content Managers to oversee established creator accounts on subscription-based content platforms.

This is not a sales role, and no content creation is required. You will not be expected to record videos, take photos, edit content, or create captions from scratch.

We provide all content, captions, upload templates, descriptions, ha
hashtags, and schedules. Your role is simply to manage creator accounts by following our established workflow.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned creator accounts.
Upload scheduled photos and videos using company-provided content.
Apply pre-written titles, descriptions, tags, and categories.
Follow the provided content schedule.
Organize creator files using our cloud storage system.
Professionally communicate with subscribers on behalf of creators.
Monitor assigned accounts and report any issues to management.

Compensation
This is a performance-based revenue-sharing position.
Managers receive 30% of the revenue generated from the creator accounts assigned to them, in accordance with their management agreement.
Payments are issued every Wednesday.
Canadian team members: Paid via Interac e-Transfer.
International team members: Paid via PayPal or Western Union, depending on country availability.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Comfortable working within the adult entertainment industry.
Reliable computer or phone and internet connection.
Strong organizational skills.
Professional written communication.
Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
Respect confidentiality and creator privacy.
