Meet Rocky, our beautiful black tri Australian Shepherd, born on February 1, 2026.

Rocky was originally adopted into a wonderful home, and we truly believed he had found his forever family. Unfortunately, due to unexpected personal circumstances, they made the incredibly difficult—but deeply loving and responsible—decision to return him to us at Brookside Ranch so that we could help him find the lifelong home he deserves.

Rocky is well socialized, and it shines through in everything he does. He has participated in several sessions of puppy yoga, where he was calmly and positively introduced to new people, sounds, and environments. At the ranch, he is immersed in family life, surrounded by small children and other animals.

True to his breed, Rocky is intelligent, eager to please, loyal, and very affectionate. He will flourish in a home where his mind and body are both engaged, and where he is welcomed as a true member of the family.
