We keep things completely simple, customized, and personal. No wrestling with complicated menus or generic apps—just personalized care for your clothes. We handle everything from regular weekly loads to large bedding items!
SERVICE OPTIONS:
• Porch Drop-Off: Schedule a time and drop your laundry bags right at our porch (Free).
• Convenient Pick-Up & Delivery ($5 Fee): Available ONLY for our neighbors in Woodlawn, Westphal, Cole Harbour, and Forest Hills.
DETERGENT & CUSTOM CARE:
• Premium In-Stock Detergents: We offer your choice of Tide, Sunlight Free & Clear, or Ivory Snow included with your service.
• Bedding Care: We happily wash bedding up to Queen size! (Please note: We cannot accept King-size comforters at this time due to equipment size limitations).
• BYO Soap (No Charge): Have a specific allergy or preferred brand not listed? Send your own specialty detergent with your laundry and we will use it at no extra charge!
• Specialty Add-ons (Small Fee): Want to elevate your wash? Premium add-ons like OxiClean stain treatment, Downy dryer sheets, or in-wash scent boosters can be added to any order for a small additional fee.

• Pocket Check: Please empty all pockets completely before your swap! We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden items (pens, gum, lip balm, etc.).
• Liability: Please note that we cannot be held responsible or liable for any pre-existing damage, tears, or stains already present in the laundry.
• Health & Safety Assurance: To ensure strict hygiene and health standards for our equipment and environment, we cannot accept heavily soiled items containing biohazards (such as feces, vomit, or bodily fluids). Thank you for understanding!
