I have a furnished bedroom available in a clean and quiet home in the heart of Corso Italia (Dufferin and St. Clair W). Available from September 1st.

The Room
The room is bright with a large window and comes fully furnished. I can also provide bedsheets, pillows, and a comforter, so you really just need to bring your clothes and toiletries.

The Home
You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 other clean and respectful females on the second floor. There is also an outdoor patio you’re welcome to use. All dishes and cookware are provided. I’m the owner (professional female) and live on the main floor.

Location
It’s a great location with 5–10 minute walk to the St. Clair streetcar or Dufferin bus, 24hr transit, and about 30 minutes to downtown.

What’s Included
All utilities are included, along with unlimited high-speed internet (1.5G), free laundry in the house, and a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks.

House Rules
Looking for a single female only. No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no overnight guests. Must be clean and respectful, and shoes stay at the door.
