MAINTENANCE WORKER - Freddy Beach Property Management (Fredericton, NB)

Freddy Beach Property Management is a growing property management company based in Fredericton, NB. We manage a mix of residential and commercial properties and we're looking for a skilled, experienced maintenance worker to join our team full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- General maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across residential and commercial properties
- Unit turnover work (painting, patching, cleaning, minor repairs)
- Plumbing and electrical basics (fixtures, outlets, running repairs)
- Drywall patching, finishing, and painting
- Responding to maintenance requests and prioritizing on your own judgment
- Liaising with tenants and reporting back to management
- Coordinating with trades and vendors when specialized work is needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid, proven experience in property maintenance or a related trade
- Ability to diagnose problems and figure things out independently
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with basic digital communication (text, email, apps)
- Availability for occasional after-hours emergencies
- Trade tickets or certifications are a plus - not a requirement if the experience is there
