Compensation
$19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
Mileage and gas reimbursement will be provided based on the assigned route and operational requirements.
Company equipment will be provided as required for the role.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Lead – Prescription Delivery to oversee our Toronto operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines supervising delivery drivers, coordinating daily logistics, maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy clients, and completing prescription deliveries when required.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys leading by example while ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Toronto prescription delivery team.
Coordinate daily routes and delivery operations.
Perform prescription deliveries when operationally required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients.
Monitor service quality, accuracy, and on-time performance.
Coach and mentor drivers to meet company standards.
Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
Complete operational reports and communicate regularly with management.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare handling procedures, privacy requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
Previous leadership, supervisory, logistics, courier, or pharmacy delivery experience is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Comfortable using mobile applications and technology.
