Louie is a 4-year-old Grey Appendix Quarter Horse/Thoroughbred grade gelding with an excellent foundation and willing personality.

Started as a 2-year-old, his training continued with quality, professionals: as a 3-year-old, Louie completed 60 days with a cowhorse-reining trainer, followed by 60 days training this past winter (2026) with Karenna White. With this phenomenal foundation Louie is ready to be taken in any direction.

Currently being ridden by a 12 year old, he has a smooth, comfortable trot and lope/canter good back up, turn on the haunches, and is light and responsive in the bridle. No buck, rear, or bolt.

He has been ridden both Western and English, pushed cows, worked the flag, been hauled to shows and ridden bareback.

His friendly, in-your-pocket personality makes him fun to work with. Louie is level headed and stands tied quietly and trailers well.

An intermediate to advanced rider would suit this gelding best as he is a young horse who needs a confident rider to continue his training.
