PART-TIME SEMINAR ADMINISTRATOR & EVENT COORDINATOR
Business Development, Seminar & Expo Company

We are a newly established Business Development, Seminar & Expo Company seeking a reliable Part-Time Seminar & Event Coordinator to help organize business opportunity seminars, networking events, and future trade shows.

Responsibilities
Coordinate seminar registrations
Answer phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries
Assist with seminar planning and event coordination
Communicate with attendees, presenters, and business partners
Coordinate venue bookings and event logistics
Assist with marketing and social media
Prepare registration materials and attendee packages
Follow up with seminar participants
General office administration
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, organized, and professional
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
Social media experience is an asset
Event coordination, office administration, or customer service experience is an asset
