Cyranos Restaurant is looking for a reliable and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing high-quality food, and are committed to teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock workstations before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Ensure food is prepared safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
Assist with inventory, food preparation, and kitchen closing duties.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
