Looking for a working, clean, quiet, and easy-going person to rent a main floor bedroom in a house with about 4 minutes walking distance to Lions Park Ctrain Station and SAIT, about 6 minutes Ctrain to downtown. The common areas (i.e., kitchen and bathroom) are shared with the other 2 roommates (one lives on main floor and the other one lives on 2nd floor). One room is for one person. No couples!

All amenities are within very short walking distance, such as about 2 minutes walk to North Hill Shopping Center, TD, Safeway, and Shoppers Drug Mart. The rent is $600 monthly including all utilities, high speed Internet, washer, and dryer. The deposit is the same and non-negotiable.

Very close to Downtown, and also about 7 mins CTrain (from Lions Park Ctrain Station) to the University of Calgary.

Must no drugs, no smoke inside, no drunk, no pets, no parties at all the time in the house.
